This is what I came up with

http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

Is there any problem with this setup and also it's under my budget so still room to upgrade.

You don't need a PSU that big, if it saves money anyway.

it's just too expensive for the price , you could fit in a 990fx motherboard for a little bit more... or just change the motherboard to this one : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-m5a97ler20
that psu isn't really a great unit & wattage is not needed
the 8350 isn't worth the price difference over a 8320
the case is too expensive & doesn't have any cable management features compared to any decent computer case in this price.
the graphics card could be a gtx 660 but from another brand that's cheaper.

here's a build : http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VA12
the ssd is there because i assumed you're going to run several virtual machines for bots , so just put the virtual machines in the ssd instead of the hard drive to get rid of the bottleneck.

don't pay attention to the incompatibility issue , it's because pcpartpicker is junk but i'm too lazy right now to check on newegg for better deals
