This is to be needed within now to 2 weeks
This computer will be used for typical average joe who'll use the computer for all but gaming.
This may include (facebook, yahoo, skype, watching movies,)

no need for a 68xx gpu or a gtx580 etc etc
must have a dvd drw
must use ncix.com (Canada)

I would agree to this if i was to build for gaming
but i just need this for
facebook, yahoo, ms office, reddit, and movies here and there

I'm aware that building one will yield better performance for the buck.
But as i said above, my uncle will be using it for those reasons only
