Not LED. Glow in the dark implies phosphorescent paint. UV Reactive implies UV fluorescent paint. Photo-luminescent vs. light reactive.

I like the gaming keypad a lot. It's really great for MMOs and even FPS (I've used it to play Borderlands 2).
