the 7950 overclocked is better then a 660ti overclocked.
so your comparison isn't good.

Well it's the comparison I'm using so can I get an answer?

The reason is, I'm buying the computer online and the 660ti has the option to be overclocked, but the 7950 does not. I do not want to OC myself.

So, is the 660ti overclocked better than the 7950 factory?

yeah the ram I got free on a special (thanks for your help picking this out m8) but I read tons of reviews on the video card about needing to re-do the thermal pasting right out of the box so I ordered one. Didn't realize the hyper212 already came with one. Oh well, only $7.99 if I ever need extra :)

I tweaked cyberpowerpc for an hour or two and I was able to get a build through them cheaper than buying the parts seperate on pcpartpicker. This includes them building it, overclocking it (+$50) added led lights, noise reduction and extra fans/liquid cooling. What do you guys think? I realize I have 2 keyboards on there on accident.
