some windows 8 laptops have this , but you can disable it i assume.

use it on a desk & make sure it's not a hp and it's not going to overheat. i have a refurb win7 laptop and it doesn't overheat.

depends on full load or not
full load is ~2-3h
not on full load is 6h30 mins

Ok imma stop being picky . I just want a laptop 13.3 decent ghz and long battery life for under 4-500$ window 7 edit on phone what does full load mean

that laptop you linked is enough for your needs, lol.

you can watch 2-3 movies before the battery runs out or take notes for more then 5 hours.

/e full load = 100% cpu usage + 100% graphics card usage

Really bro??! I might get this but how sure are u it last 4-5hours ohh yeah just double check the warranty will cover overheating problems ? Should I buy to two year warannty

yeah it looks like it. warranty covers parts & labour.
i'd buy a 2 year warranty @ this price since the total would be ~350$ and brand new laptops usually have a 1 year wararanty @ this price.
