also those monitors are overclockable to 96hz guaranteed which is really good for a pls (ips-like) 1440p monitor.

If no other builds today I'll order this tomorrow

Swap h440 with define r5 and swap one qx2710 with a better picture 60hz 1440p ips (unless you want matching monitors or plan to game on both) and that's a solid build.
