I don't know why people complain saying that people "should just know where the keys are" and argue that backlit is a gimmick
If im doing a trade on d2jsp early in the morning, and i need to get a s/s of something quickly, i'd have to turn my light on to find that key
Or other random keys

Little rant really has nothing to do with ur post,
just felt like saying backlit is pretty nice to have, even if its known for being a gimmick

e/
i especially like it on my laptop keyboard, as i dont use it very often
no idea where the hell half my keys are, and they all have the same texture/are close together

In that case, you can't go wrong with a Microsoft Sidewinder X4.

However, I recommend getting a small desk light and getting this keyboard.

I know, just re-affirming it. The Logitech G110 is also nice, but it's overpriced. I'm about to put my used one up on Bay if you're interested. :p
