Lower the PSU to something between a 500-600W, saves you tons of money there also

Put the extra money on graphics card for a 660 ti, and depending on what kind of games you wanna play, you might want to push it for a 670

No need i7 and that case sucks. 660ti can be nice. Some of the 660ti now almost match a low end 680 minus the cuda cores.

It's worth the extra 40.00 to go with an I7 ALWAYS unless you're surfing the web. Period.
