Psu has more watts in 2nd one, which may be useful in the future, so I may just get that one and not the 500

i'd wait for AMD to confirm if that's true or not. but by the fx 8320 becomes a junk cpu , there will most likely a newer chipset & maybe socket

I'd take 2500k + z77 extreme 3 instead of FX and Asus.
Of course a war will start after this post (I guess main purpose of this pc is gaming judging by the graphics card)
Once you OC it around 4.5GHz, fx-83xx wouldn't keep up on with it even with water cooling...
