Best for price and reliability?


I know there were threads previously about top brand names, should really sticky some of this info haha.

a-data, corsair, intel, kingston, plextor, mushkin, samsung and sandisk. not all of their models are great. those companies have reliable drives atm.

Any specific 120GB SSD you can think of that is reliable and good?

Looking for something at least $1/1GB.


or to be technical I guess the term at most would better fit.

4 great drives
Vector & 840 are usually priced higher, for a long time the Vertex 4 was recommend around here.
It's bascially a price war, you can't go wrong with any of the choices listed.

samsung840... ive got 3 of em now (256gb) for over a year and they are amazing

over a year? impossible

i bought the 830s.. its now 840s .. the samsung line is reliable./
