Do you have any specific preferred components?: Micro centers i7 3770k 229.99 and 40.00 off a compatible mobo 
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: uhhhh if I can plug in speakers to mobos or headphones im good. nn wireless.
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: I do not plan on overclocking, but I do plan on streaming and gaming
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: no need already have

I prefer Intel over AMD especially the i7 since its a low price right??...
If you can find everything that's good @ Microcenter that is preferred, obviously I've never heard of a faulty Windows OEM, so that can be purchased else where, also, I do not do the mail in rebate, its dumb , try to find instant rebates...or codes for such.
@ Micro center because I'm close to one obviously, so if something is bad i can instantly take it back.
The combo only works with the i3-3225 and the i5-3570k. The i7-3770k is priced too low to qualify for a combo.
