Hey guys, just recently purchased a new build involving 8700k and 1080Ti;

1) How essential is Nvidia G-Sync?

2) I'm looking at purchasing a 2560x1440 144hz screen dirt cheap (which has Freesync) yay or nay?

i prefer gsync if thats what your asking.

i have a 24" 1440p 144hz/gsync monitor and like it alot.

upgrading to 144 is pretty much like getting new GPU, the quality is amazing and very noticeable in games

oh what lag am I suppose to feel on my other 2 60hz monitors?

remember I have 5 monitors what lag am I suppose to be feeling on my home pc when I have tweaked that machine

I do feel difference from work pc but I cant reg edit that pc and thats if I'm on my pc in the morning

If you don't feel lag from going to 144 to 60, get your vision checked.

lol mouse lag fixes on 144hz and 60hz monitors
disable aero
or just disable all visual effects
learn your os
change mouse hover times in reg edit
fuck I can go on
