Okay so my asus laptop has pooped on me and I'll ask about fixing it later...it's time to purchase an actual computer..my budget is 1500usd.....I have no experience building a computer...but I do well with instructions ...unless I have to sauder...can someone please help me , should I build it myself or buy a prebuilt? And where newegg? ...I mostly play minecraft and diablo 2...but I'd like this thing be able to stream minecraft and handle anything...thanks for tl;dr

There will probably be a lot of discussion about you not needing a 144hz monitor because you don't mention any FPS games. But my opinion is this is the must step when gaming even minecraft.
Sure editing 60hz is more ideal because you will be able to focus more on color accuracy and resolution within budget.

yes if 10 yr olds can do you should be able to
