Ok so this is what happened, my computer wasnt working, when i turned it on the case lights and fans and all was turning on but there was no signal into the monitor, so i decided to put all parts away and re built, and after that it did work

Right now i am using the computer but i noticed my Grafic card Fans aint spining and i wanted to ask if they spin only when the card is getting hoter or if they should spin always, when i turn off the computer and turn it on the grafic card fans spin for 2 seconds and then nothing

Custom curve on the gpu fan. That's normal for the 900 series

Totally fine. Run a GPU benchmark or launch a GPU intensive game and the fans will spin up

Sweet specs and yep, fans will only turn on at a certain temperature. All temps good
