USE with CAUTION.

Ok, well I'm gonna post it anyway. So far it has NOT worked on a GTX 760 SLI setup. So make a restore point before using. If you have an AMD CPU, be doubly careful, if your motherboard does not have onboard graphics.

This program works fine for me, and many, many others. I've used versions 8.3, 9.2, and 9.3 no problems.

This is my system.

Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1

AMD FX-8350 Vishera 4.0GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core Desktop Processor
ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 AM3+ SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Motherboard ( 1302 BIOS)
EVGA 06G-P4-2791-KR GeForce GTX TITAN 6GB 384 bit GDDR5
CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1866Mhz RAM (factory settings)
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO RR-212E-20PK-R2 CPU Cooler (push/pull)

WD 500GB Velociraptor - SATA III
WD 1TB Caviar Black FAEX - SATA III
WD 1TB Caviar Black FAEX - SATA III
LG GH22LS30 CD/DVD Burner

PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750W Quad EPS12V

DELL Ultrasharp U3011, 30" monitor
Klipsch Pro Media 2.1 THX Speakers (Black)
Ducky DK9008 Shine II Blue LED Backlit Mechanical Keyboard (Cherry MX Black)
Logitech Optical M-100

COOLER MASTER ATCS 840 Full Tower Case
3x230mm, 1x120mm, Optional: 3x Scythe S-Flex SFF21G 120mm (installed)

Here is author's Guru3D Topic, regarding this Program:

Read both, before using.

NVIDIA

Get "Display Driver Uninstaller" here: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/550192/geforce-drivers/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu-v6-1/1

Scroll down till you see: DOWNLOAD Latest version HERE ...and download the latest version...9.3 (as of this post). Save it to your desktop.

Go here: http://www.geforce.com/drivers ...get the latest driver: 331.65 (as of this post) ...save IT to your desktop.

Double click DDU v9.3.exe to extract the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) right on your desktop. It will put 4 files on your desktop.

Unhook all internet connections. Then double click: Display Driver Uninstaller.exe to run the uninstaller...when it opens, choose the buttons as shown in the pic below.

1. Choose NVIDIA by the top blue dot.
2. Choose the BIG button by the next lower ...blue dot.
3. DO NOT CHECK THE BOX BY THE LOWEST BLUE DOT.

THE PROGRAM WILL START RUNNING WHEN YOU CLICK THE BIG BUTTON BY THE MIDDLE BLUE DOT...wait for it to finish... screen may go black, but will come back...the LOG box at the bottom will tell you when it is done. Then reboot your computer. Screen will be all large and ugly...this is what we want.

When comp is done rebooting....go to START > Administrative Tools > Services ....when the services window opens...scroll down till you see: Windows Update ...right click it, and choose: Properties....then set it to MANUAL and STOPPED.
Now it's time to install the new Nvidia driver. Rehook the internet, and double click the Nvidia driver Icon...to start the driver install.

During the install choose: CUSTOM ...then ONLY install the Graphics driver, the HD Audio driver and the PhysX driver.
UNCHECK everything else. The right underneath the check boxes, put a check mark in the box called: Perform a Clean Install.

Also during the latest Nvidia driver install it will want to DL and install: .NET framework 4.0...so don't be surprised.

The comp will want to reboot...if not...reboot it anyways. Then you will have the latest drivers installed correctly.
Remember to set Windows Update back to: Automatic (Delayed Start).

The reason we unhook the Internet before we use DDU...is to prevent Windows Update from screwing up your driver upgrade.

The reason we need the Internet ON and Windows Update off, during the driver install, is that some of the newer drivers (Nvidia especially) need to download and install .NET Framework 4.0, to function properly.

It's is not necessary in recent revision to unhook the internet connection as I have added code that will prevent the download of drivers from Windows update.

This option can be turn back to default with the lower right button.
