will the 990FXA-UD7 support AM3+ straight out of the box? or do i need to flash it first?

even tho , i would go for a 2500k build instead if i wanted to get that motherboard.

According to the following link, the Bulldozers will need BIOS version F4 and BIOS version F7 for the 6200:
