Whats the point of making these pointless expensive builds?

I doubt anyone in here will ~EVER~ use it.

Post ur builds here....only rule is all the parts have to come from NewEgg.com ...and for gawd's sake make ur browser only 12 inches wide when you take the S/S's lol

builds can be cheap or expensive, parts put in it decide if it dies or not..... aka build quality or manufactures.

putting 1000s of dollars into a gaming rig isnt really worth it anymore.... the top games are beaten in 4-8hours by a true gamer
jus to say u have over 100 fps in a game is funny when most monitors cap at 60fps. then tearing occurs and your eyes cant see pass 30fps .

unless you are playing the game long hours every day and need a high end build.... its pointless
now running a high end server, audio mixing, video editing... meh completely different road.

What? Ohh god, I have to say so many things. Firstly, most of us play online games to keep that, second off the eye can see much more than 30FPS. In pilot school they flash an image for 1/200th of a second and you are supposed to see it, that's 200FPS that all pilots see. Most monitors do cap at 60FPS, mine does, but I've seen monitors up to 600Hz and beyond. I like to have 60FPS min in all games. Plus you still haven't reasoned why he would use a low end cooler in a 5400 dollar build. Also, alot of people who build high-end PCs do it cause they enjoy it, by your logic consoles make all computer obsolete. Not evening going to comment on slipknot.

uh any monitor thats over 60hz dont work on the computer there bucko, do some research
and talking about online games has nothing to do with your computer....9 out 10 its your internet connection
most online games handle 2gigs of ram perfectly fine
