I heard a few people over at OCN do it, I'm going to try as it works on AMD good. Anyone here do it?

Edit:So many people lose profit cause of the cost to power your PC to even fold enough to get the coins, lol at my free power. Let's see me make a little money hopefully, just going to wait for my second 6970 to come in.

you mine for bitcoins, which is actually just making the network more secure.

you pretty much donate your processing power in exchange for bitcoins. Bitcoins can be exchanged for USD. Bitcoins are a real form of currency, and before coincard (the main place to get USD from BTC), the exchange rate was almost 3x USD.

Yeah, but I figure, I make 10-50 bucks here and there that's a full game and not bad as we don't pay for power. Some people at OCN were talking about 300 a month, IDK if it's that high, just saw at the last page.

Well, it does work, had just over $9 paid into my paypal for around 8 hours mining (4 BTC), kinda crazy really!

Once my second 6970 gets here, I'll forsure mine.

I'm running BitCoin.
How long does it take to generate anything?

I hear like 5 or 10 a day if you have a 6950, but I'm waiting for my 6970 to come, as I traded my 6950 away so I can have two REAL 6970s in CF. bitcoin2cc seems like what I'll use.

Okay, just like 1 week or so and I'll have my second 6970 and start doing this shit. With 4 coins a day, in ten days I'll have 40 coins which is roughly like 150USD. Holy shit this seems cool. 150 would get me a better PSU, then after 20 days I'd have enough for two more 6970s in CF, Holy shit this is sexy.
