Look into the Steelseries USB Headset instead of the Razer one.
Pricer but from what my friend recommends, its better.

I'd suggest you take a look at the Mirror style keyed Razer keyboard. The regular key one actually wears off a bit (at least the one at futureshop they rubbed off, I actually was able to rub the key letters off with a hard press from my fingers, a scratch took it off like a scratch-and-win). Maybe it was just the demonstration one.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823114008&Tpk=razer%20mirror <--- this is the thing I'd say might be worth checking out (possibly better keys)

As for the other stuff: Looks good. I personally don't like razer mice in the way my hand fits over them, but as for precision they are definitely amazing.

Personally I'd be going for speakers & a Mic. Can't say that headset is good or bad, but once again it does look like a nice choice.

The steelseries headset has plastic caps which heat up my ears which I really hate.

I think that's the one I'm buying, it's the 3500 dpi.

I want another keyboard option. It has to have that laptop keyboard feal, no extra micro keys and that ghosting thing removed.
The lycosa has rubber that peels off and that reflecting thing that's a bitch to clean. So It's not my first option for now.

Not sure if you were using the Lycosa, because the Lycosa doesn't have any letters painted on it. The letters are clear with light showing through them.
