What's with the additional case fan? Is the side fan for the Antec 300 a 120mm also?

Looks like a pretty good build. You might be able to get a 500GB hard drive of equivalent quality for that $60 price I think (just a thought).

Yes it's for the side fan, so it has a total of 5 :)
For the HD I have another one at home that I will use also for 640gb, but if you can find that hd for 60$ it would be great.

Total with the 1tb is 932.04$, it's fine for me.

Well 5400 rpm is slower, should I just go for the 1tb one. It's 99.99 but 7200rpm.
