Is the online co-op in L4D2 a invite system only or can you join games w/ a few of people you don't know?

why wouldnt they let you just join servers

You can join friend's (private) game or public games.

I personally only play with friends. Pubs rage me massively.

MW2 doesn't have any online pub co-op, its invite only. Just wanted to make sure it has the option for pub games.



Same here but all of my friends are console users. Although I have a console, I don't like using it for FPS games.

What are you talking about? MW2 doesn't have a match making system for Spec Ops. Unless your talking about l4d2.
