Yup I think there should be one it would be great for the networkers on this site they would be able to help people with certain connection issues.

I think it'd be a good idea, but probably not that active. However even the computer hardware forums aren't extremely active.
Could be a good idea for networking problems and solutions / constructing and operating your own networks, idk.
