Although it may be the fasteners with any other deal it's not the case with the headphones lol. The headphones are just wire. the headband problem happens to me I just forget about it Bc I can't afford a new set of headphones lol. But I do have it adjusted so that the pads are all the way out and the wire can only touch my head if I wear it for a long time. But I saw this headband mod where this guy put cushion in between the two pads and then took a sock and slid it to cover the band then he did something else to make it look nice but I don't remember... Pretty sure it's on utube

E: see if u can find a superlux 681 headband on ebay It's just a solid piece of material. It has to be the first generation tho

2015 who on earth tries fix anything anymore, waste more time if you had a job would have made a lot more money to buy new instead of wasting time trying to fix it.
