The AnAnd tech charts don't use the Unigine benchmarks...did you notice that?

And better cooling means a higher OC...that why  :/

Ghot, you cannot be this stubborn.
Here I've taken the Valley benchmark out of equation.

Without the Valley results, the 780 OC is 3.38% slower than the titan.
Perhaps we should take the AVP results out, and any other that don't favor the Titan?

And higher OC = Higher temps, which if anything should put the 780 OC at disadvantage as it's more likely to hit the first boost wall.

Real issue here is why the fuck does anyone care what I bought?

You created this thread, clearly you found a set of results that favored the Titan and wanted to share, so here we are.

and if you look at the AnAndtech bench on the 1st page...you'll see that same...roughly 3% ??

It wasn't for e-peen bro, it was for ppl buying vid cards...it shows the same % difference across the board.

Ignored :/

Like where did I say...everyone go buy a Titan...this post was to let ppl know that a 780 would do just as well.

/e and WWI's benchmark pic shows the same thing...even on a flat out every last Mhz squeezed out of a GTX 780 :/

You DO realize that you will never get 100% out of both vid cards..in SLI or CF right? Oh wait...maybe you don't :/

The reason I chose these clocks is to simulate my regular gaming experience with both cards. With any more voltage/clockspeed, Titan was getting uncomfortably loud and hot. ACX cooler on 780, on the other hand, is soo good, it allows 1.2V and 1200+ comfortably, while keeping card quieter and cooler compared to Titan.

Ghot, where do you get your information from?

1228/3348 is considered a flat out OC?
Honestly it sounds like you are trying to discredit all evidence of the GTX 780 being as close as it is with the Titan.
