So my mother is a doctor and as some goverment grant she got 5k$ to spend on home computer and she bought the whole apple set, iphone ipad, max computer.
she gave me the mac, since she has tons of computers at her office etc,

I'm trying to figure this os out, i have some experience, but VERY little. I'm great with windows since ive done it for years,

is there any way i can setup this mac so that its now mine?
(( stil has her name as owner etc ))

or any useful guides as how to close opened gadgets from my dock? (( little blue lights are still on ))
