Best part is they're gonna send me the new board...THEN I send them mine....ofc, they will put a hold on $189.99 of my Credit card till they recieve my bad board...but still rather nice of them :)

This is what flips me out....the BIOS shows only 8GB of RAM installed.....however....Windows see it all :)

Does your B.I.O.S. have a R.A.M. option that would limit size, or does it need updating?

No and No :/

Took out the RAM tested one stick at a time...both work fine....took out the 8350...put in the 4170....same problem...kinda has to be the mobo :/

After talking to ASUS again today....they said the HDD problem maybe caused by the motherboard too...aka the SB :/
