I took the guys advice but instead of adding 67 I dropped one monitor from 60 to 59Hz. It then applied, autocorrected back to 60Hz, and now it's gone. Perhaps just a fluke in the system!? Well now we all know how to fix screen flicker. Just manually update the refresh rate.
