antecs are generally fine, I doubt that is a seasonic model though.

450W is plenty for a 6670.

Have you tried booting with the card out, installing the latest Catalyst driver package, then shutting the system down and physically installing the card?

Are you doubting that the O.P.'s P.S.U. is of a Seasonic design?
