Title says it all. Getting into a PC FPS for once and I'm starting to see why people don't recommend using 44" TV's as monitors. Been outta the PC hardware scene for a while so I'm not really sure where the best place to find one is..

Oh, and if you find one better than the deal I'm looking at (Newegg, 144hz, 27", 1920x1080, $270+ shipping) and I end up buying it there's 25 fg in it for you ^_^ May also be looking for a gaming mouse (Currently using a Razer Naga that's dying... Probably going to just get another Naga since I reallly like this mouse but open to suggestions) so if there's a bundle with monitor + mouse then yeah xD

I've had this monitor for almost a year and it's dope. I play a lot of CS on it, 1024x768 res stretched and it's mint

Coming down from 44", even my spare 30" monitor looks tiny. Not sure I wanna go much smaller...

And what's wrong with Razer? Synapse is pretty sweet (the software used to set up macros/12 buttons on side/etc.) and when I bought this mouse they were the go-to for gaming mice :O

There's a lot of difference between gaming on a TV, 5-6 feet away, and gaming on a monitor, that's 1.5-2 feet away.

/e For a 27" monitor, 1920 x 1080 resolution is not really that great. For a 27" monitor, look for 2560 x 1440.

He has a weak graphics card, It's the highest resolution he can play the game at.
