Which one to chose:

Evga GTX 980 ac 2.0 4GB
GTX 1060
RX 480

e.: I'm only interested in performance, dont think about price now.

depends on complete budget
resolution
gaming focus, you play mainly dx11 titles ofc but like you want to be prepared for dx12 or even vulkan

480>1060>980 would be my hierarchy at the moment

its a toss up
even though 1060 greater in dx11 games which will be the norm for prolly couple more yrs
amd has been releasing around 80% of a card last couple gens(nviidia around 90%) and drivers been boosting them past their counterparts, examples 7970,290, many others but those were big time especially 290 but i'm no fortune teller
and some of 480s dx12 numbers are amazing

All of those will murder LoL, will do decent on Overwatch, and will likely do just OK on Battlefield 1. I'd say get a 1060 or 480. The differences are so negligible that it doesn't matter a ton.

Wat....

A single 980 will run battlefield 4 on a good 60 frames at high-ultra settings.

Battlefield 1, medium settings will be that cards maximum on the 1060.

And overwatch is super easy to play.

I didn't mention Battlefield 4 specifically because I don't play it... lol

So you agree with what I said about Battlefield 1? Good because I'm pretty sure the requirements aren't out yet. Just guesswork at this point.

Overwatch requires a 980 Ti to get 144 FPS solid on max settings. That's why I said it would do decent.

And the OP has stated his monitor in this thread?

And no I don't agree with you at all actually.

You decide:

Personally, not considering price Id get the 1060. It's got that extra 2 gigs of vram and performs very similarly to the 980 at a lower power draw.
But without considering price, it's almost silly to compare cards :P
I would get the 480 if it were significantly cheaper than a 1060. but it would need to be about 40-50 cheaper for me to consider it over the 1060.
