I have the Cougar Challenger ATX Mid Tower and can't seem to get the two jacks working - headphone and mic. They're located at the top of the case's front exterior.

I don't understand it mainly because the two USB ports work perfectly, as I've used them simultaneously countless times now.

A couple sites that show the case and have detailed information on it:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811553009

http://thessdreview.com/hardware/cougar-challenger-atx-pc-case-review-a-bold-new-arrival/3/

I have two cords that are in the approximate location that look like they would be associated with the top of the case's wiring where the jacks are. One is a "Crimping sata", L Shaped cord and another is a 4 hole cord (not sure of the proper terminology).
I hate to have other people solve problems for me but I just can't figure out wtf is going on.

Your cable management blows. (Couldn't resist. :p )

Are you sure you've plugged your HD Audio into the correct port?

I know man, haha! I basically just plugged the shit in where it fit, as I haven't any clue what I'm doing.

I just removed the pics because they honestly don't do anything. I'll check this cord, I'm pretty sure it's where it belongs.

Did this and here's the shot I think you're looking for.

/e I really can't stand how the Intel 4000 graphics shit is on there. Sometimes I swear it takes place of the AMD Radeon graphics so to speak, if that's even possible that is.

Woah! This is really cool. I'm going to unhook everything tomorrow and clean it all out so it's dust free. Then I'll plug everything back in using this guide sheet. Thanks fellas! I'll post a reply tomorrow as to whether it worked or not, although I'm sure there's no room for failure with this picture. :o

/e Actually I'll try to fix this problem now and then tomorrow I'll do some cable management.

I just checked the HD Audio cord and it's plugged into the correct spot.
I checked the cord in the second picture you said a lot of people forget about, and that's in the correct spot as well.

Assuming 2x 4GB sticks of RAM you want the RAM in the configuration numbered 1 or 2.... Either A1 and B1 .....or A2 and B2 ....AI is the one closest to the CPU.
