Ok so I'm looking for some near top end memories 16GB (~less than 200 bucks)
I'm not quite sure what's better, speed or timings >.<

Can someone explain me what each does and point me to some good memory

Depends what you need to do, for intel currently 1600mhz at 8 timings is the best price:performance for rendering.. obviously if you can get down to 7 or maybe even lower timings it'd do better, but most memory doesn't like that
and then, that's for rendering in 3D, if you're doing some other stuff, sometimes mhz > timing, if you're gaming you won't see a difference between 9CL and 1333mhz vs CL10 2400mhz or anything in between.. I'd just go a solid g.skill 1600mhz with 9CL

Hmm what does low voltage do :O? Is it worth it over speed

Depending on the ram you can overclock it for higher speeds. Never want to go above 1.65V. Although anything over 1600 mhz is just extra e-peen (Right now anyway). Dominator Plantinums are still fairly new so I'm not sure if you can really overclock them and just tighten the timings due to so many speed options etc.

Forgot to copy and paste the reply and edit my previous post so I don't post back to back. -_- Also it probably is better to get 2 sticks perhaps, less stress on your motherboard.
