today i went out to the store, didnt find what i wanted and ended up at the pet store just looking around.
i saw this little guy, with a serious case of fin rot (as you can see) in dirty water. i asked the store help if they had anything for fin rot, she asked why, i told her for the fish in this cup.
she picked up the cup and dropped it..
long story short i rescued the little guy and am now nursing him back to health.
I think i may integrate his tank into computer case at some point but for now hes just in little tank (currently in a cup while the tank water gets conditioned)

this is him.


he needs a name though.. please feel free to post suggestions for names.

whats fin rot? I'm assuming if they are kept in dirty water enough their fins start to degrade.

see all the holes in his fins? it's bacteria that eats at the fins. usually caused from dirty water (overfeeding, not cleaning water, introduction of bacteria can all be causes of it)

Fish seems like a good name
