I can't describe it in any way except that it was and is very famous. It's from the 80s/90s. A man sang it and the videoclip was of a women in a bar reading a comic, she sees a guy she likes drawn in it and suddenly she finds herself in that comic. Both him and her escape Tom another guy who is chasing them iirc, and it was drawn in black ink pen on white.
