i could need some help with my gear, my barb ( europe ):

so far my damage is around 55k with 5 stacks frenzy (+20%) up
and battle rage

ehp is around ~3m


i can spend like 300m and would love to boost my dps by a little and increasing my ehp
the most obvious upgrade would be the oculus ring ofc but i will exchange it with a hellfire ring soon.

maybe u got some tips, also input about my skills is appreciated

upgraded my weapon ruby to marquise
and got better versions of oculus and ik belt making it now 70k damage with 5 stacks frenzy

Craft vitality amulet ( crit chance and crit damage ) , craft vitality bracers ( get at least crit chance on it ) , craft vitality shoulders ( life % too ! )
