:x am i ready for inferno a1?
if not how can i improve?

you are going to need a lot more dmg, and you should have at least 1k all res as a monk by yourself, with your mantra of healing with resists.

how much damage should i aim for? and what stats on a weapon :x

800 AR unbuffed is fine, You'll need more armor and DPS though.

General rule of thumb is you want 1 AR for 10 Armor. Your all resists are very fine (really high actually)....I have another thread with my monk stats that I used to clear act one entitled Butcher, right by this thread. Dps, I was told anything around 8K is good, you could do it with 6K. Your dps is pretty low honestly, even if you survive and can tank, you'll just take forever to kill things.

Stats on weapon you want is LOH (life on hit), I was doing 16K dps with no LOH before I changed my weapon ~500 AR and 5-6K armor and couldn't survive inferno. I only changed my weapon to lose some dps but gain big LOH and I cleared act1 no problem. It is the most important thing.

Look for a 600-700 dmg weapon with around 400 LOH and see how it works out for you. It really made Act1 inferno seem like Act3 hell. Even with the drop in dps. Its just safer.

I'd also recommend switching to the enchantress for Inferno and using her 25% armor buff (one of her skills) and I like the 4% attack speed one as well, it helps with LOH. She really is better than Templar by far imho.

It looks like maybe you just stacked resists without paying much attention to prioritizing Dex and Vit? Your Dex is kinda low, which hurts your armor (assuming you are using that passive where Dex=armor) and you'd probably like to be around 40K life minimum as well.

Edit: just realized you already have LOH, I think your issue is that your Dex is too low.Assuming you are using that passive more dex=more dps and more armor. Its worth sacrificing some AR for it at this point, you are just too focused on AR in my opinion.
