With 100-200fg you can get pretty much top tier gear already.

You can get "almost top tier" items for like 5-15fg each probably.

Covert = 1 life or 50fg
hydra = 1-2 life or 50-100fg
giants trap = 1 life or 50fg

I dont know what ring you want but an exa hp would be another 1 life. So essentially the "endgame" setup is well within your budget
