Never tried. I didn't have a problem with the off centered.

this actually just happened to me early this morning on my pally ... i thought i just lagged or something into lava and that there was still a white alive ..... but evidently i guess this is the case (just to clarify, on my death screen it says killed by white demon - not lava)

Just stay cautious and learn your limits. I had the 4th best trickster in the game at one point. I pretty much treated my teleport as an emergency option rather than an offensive for my first 1k base fame. If you can keep one long enough to max it and get enough HP+MP to save you from a few mistakes, you can slowly progress to using it offensively, which is when it actually becomes "the best class in the game" (henez :D).
