Worth upgrading? I think so, but wanted a few opinions/flames first.

Pity that:
1. +2 max was not higher
2. +72 Ar was not hither
3. +296% ED was not 325%+

Best thing to do is to put it up for trade as is... not sure on upping it though... I still think WF deals more damage... only benefit to that bow atm is the Level Req
