So yesterday I got on my account which I use to bot and I was banned. I called up Blizzard's support number and told them that someone was in control of my account. They looked up my history and found two different ip address ranges and asked me about my ISP. I gave them my ISP information and along side I lied to them and told them I played WoW and if they didn't fix this stuff I would quit playing again. The rep on the phone was very apologic and I had my cd key unbanned alongside my account. Best thing that has ever happened to me on d2. Although no one "stole" my account, I did change my password from a different ip address location and this is what the Blizzard rep thought that someone was in control of my account. Owned Blizzard.
