1. its in your inv.. but in your cube.
2. it wasnt coded correctly and doesnt work,
3. you arnt hitting the enemy with a melee attack or a range attack (something that isnt a spell)
4. item locked.. drop/pick back up
5. server is faulty

i told u this already... it does not work, its been patched

you have another item procing therefore it will not stack, get rid of the other item that procs on strike/hit

summon doesnt work on charms, since theres no trigger to activate it. so dont worry bout it, its not gonna work.
