This is the perfect weapon for any fire sorc, looking for a couple bids before I set a bin.

Almost makes me want to remake my bliz sorc...

fcr does not work with meteor

No, because meteor has a cool-off period, in which you spam fireballs at whatever your trying to kill (mephisto) which will almost double your damage rate. And those, my friend, are affected by fcr. You also have to look at teleport speed, and if you don't want to use an occy, your cast rate will take a hit due to the lack you'd normally get on that weapon, and some people would rather have a MF shield than a Spirit, so you lose fcr there.

In short, look at the big picture before you post crap like this.
