15fg registration fee to be collected on Jan 22nd. To whom it should be sent, TBA.

General rules:

- Your dueler must be level 30, no exceptions.
- Duels are first to 5.
- Players must be off each others' maps before saying go.
- No hacks of any kind.
- Clear moor before dueling
- Ties are redo, not first death.
- Duels take place in normal.
- No jumping. (Say go and wait for a go before attacking someone)
- No NKing.
- No Mercenaries.
- No Prebuffing.
- No pots of any kind.
- ''Chance to cast'' items are legal.
- Teleport charges are currently legal.
- Slow% Items are banned. Exception: Peace runeword.
- Towning for any reason will result in a loss. (forced towns are ok. ex; if an assassin mindblasts you into town. Accidental towns are currently counted as DQ unless both sides agree to not count it.)
- ES based sorceresses may not use 'Insight' runeword.
- If a paladin gets charge locked, the duel resumes.
- Excessive running (10 seconds) in order to regen is illegal.
- Maximum Resist is capped at 75%.
- Poison Lenght Reduction is capped at 50% vs. poison characters. (Bowa can still use death's gloves)
- Crossing any bridges results in a loss.
- No excessive use of houses/corners
- If someone drops due to lag it counts as a DQ, unless both sides agree to not count it. (this is because there are ways to purposely drop yourself.)
- Extra/altered rules can be discussed pre-duel. If both people agree to it then it's fine. (ex; if people want to duel first to 3 instead of first to 5)
- Only 1 character may be added to the Tourney per D2jsp account.


Specific Character rules:


Amazon:

- Using Slow Missile is illegal


Assassin:

- Do not cast Traps before both players say go.


Paladin:

- Holy Freeze is illegal
- The use of Resist auras is legal as long as your resist aren't higher than 75%
- No rep aura stacking (insight out with a healing aura on)


Druid:

- Recasting Cyclone Armor is illegal


Necromancer:

- Casting Bone Prison is illegal
- Recasting bone armor is illegal
- Forming an enclosure or "box" using bonewall is illegal
- Casting Decripify OR Iron Maiden is illegal


Sorceress:

- You may NOT use mana pots on ES sorcs

I didn't even think of registration fees.

I think I'm going to have one so that the top 3 people get something for winning.

And yes, even if you suck you can join. The more the merrier.

Pots are a crutch that HLDers need to use. LLD is better than that. We make characters that don't need a cheap gimmick to be able to use.
