Well, non uber uniques will be tradeable. Tempest roar, other early sought after uniques to get builds up and running.
They killed rares so
legendary items are the trade goal and if you roll several
greater affixes it will be worth a SHIT ton.
Not to mention with tempering with the chance to brick and not being able to sell tempered items removes them from the circulation. This in partciular I think is a good change unlike D2 where you had a perma flooded market.

I think it's a huge step in the right direction, the game still has a shit ton of problems that need adressed. However, while the new trade system has flaws I think it's actually a good balance between D2 and other arpgs.
Making uber uniques would be nice, but doubtful. Legendary drops with multiple greater affixes will feel godly to drop and keep or trade so these are important changes.
