ive so far now have equipped a ring, necklace, gloves, and helm that each have +124% improved alchemy potions

so it might still work....im gonna find some ingredients for a fortify enchant potion

Confirmed, the glitch still works.

Made a belted tunic with "destruction spells cost 249% less magika to cast" so you get it for free.....and it works with "double effect" so you can get another school for free
