tried every bow in the book and they refuse to use any one of them. Does anybody also know a mod where u can equip companion with any armor? Think bethesda went derp mode when they made this game.

Do you mean your follower? Which follower are you using? Some followers may glitch.

When you open up dialogue you select "i'd like to trade things with you" ( or whatever it is) and you take their gear away by removing it from their inventory and then finding the replacement items in your inventory and giving it to your follower.

Now sometimes if you tell your follower to wait, or if your married and you tell your spouse to go home they will automatically equip their default gear. To re-equip it you need to open up that same dialogue and you re-equip it for them.

Oh and their is no mod to equip your follower with armor/weapons.

lol im not retarded bro. Had ufo mod on and messed up arrows so all I had to do was give them arrows. Problem fixed. And for companion wearing any armor you just console removeallitems and equip companion with anything. Console fanboys gl with that
