After completing Fallout 3 I was very disappointed with New Vegas. I did not play much because of so but it seemed like the same thing Fallout 3 was except worse lol.

I'd definitely go with Skyrim I never get bored with the game and if it seems to easy just put the difficulty on the highest level or try a different class/player type. You can also get the DLC for something new since you've played Skyrim and much of it may be repeated game play.

In my opinion, NV is in every way better than FO3. Dont get me wrong, FO3 is an awesome game, but NV is still better. Story is better, most quests have multiple ways to be completed.

DLCs on NV are just damn awesome (at least Old World Blues and Lonesome Road)

On the difficulty: Is there still any difficulty level after master, as it was waaaay too easy. If the difficulty was converted on some other game it would be something like this: easy -> very very easy, normal -> very easy, expert -> easy, master -> normal

i hope i dont go back to the dawnstar chest. They never did patch it? in a new xbox patch? i havent updated it in awhile.
but so far i havent been tempted. you know, i think it still would be easy to lvl up smith/enchanting without the dawnstar chest.
i found a soultrapping 2 handed axe that im using now, usally i buy all the cheapass empty petty/lesser/commmon gems from all the mages in winterhold.
and my smith/enchanting is still goin up sort of fast. well not that fast.

what do you guys think about my build.
heres whistlin nord som bitch.
2 handed - i already did 1 handed before, just wanted to try 2 handed this time.
light armor - run around faster an lighter load
bow - just for fun (and ranged), sneak shots then beat the pis outta them when they get close with my greatsword.
smith/enchanting/alchemy - these are just lvled up slowly with whatever ingredients i find.

i forgot i also have a mage hero i made a couple weeks ago, he's already done mage guild stuff.

but anyways i think i'll play both skyrim/new vegas. next few more days i'll start new vegas.

Fun build my last one was a 2h redguard. 2h owns ass in this game, expecially when you get the spin moves, hit everybody surrounding you at the same time while dodging.

I would recommend Fallout 3 GOTY if you have not played it, I liked much better than NV.

I have many games to play and beat right now but with what you said maybe I'll check into it again. I'm very interested now that you said quests can have different endings. I'd assume (and hope) they are off of your choices?

I can agree with you on difficulties on Skyrim, even at the hardest difficulty my Wood Elf 1 nearly 1 shots everything (besides dragons) and my gear isn't even all crazy chanted with bonuses to archery damage.

Some one mentioned Oblivion :O That game was awesome

Unfortunately, I was never able to play Morrowind that province and the races that dwell there has always been a huge interest to me :p

The ending is up to you. Take an example of the three families on the Strip. They all had one major quest which had numerous ways to complete. The ending of the quest depended on how you dealt with the quest.

Then pretty much all the major quests across the Mojave Wasteland gets their share on the ending.
