hello you guys.

What game do you guys like better out of skyrim & fallout new vegas?
i wasnt sure what one to start next. i played skyrim before way back when it was new.
but didnt get very far since i cheated with the dawnstar chest glitch an maxing out smithy/enchant an made the game
to easy an boring. but this time i dont plan on cheating.

going to name my hero whistlin willie this time if i start skyrim again.
as i always did enjoy doin some whistlin while exploring the wilderness an searchin for treasures.
but i think i may want to start new vegas instead since i liked fallout3 better then oblivion.
:santa:

tell me what you think about the games, if you want to.

New Vegas's DLCs (if you plan on getting them) are awesome and add loads of unique gameplay experience
New Vegas has better story.
In New Vegas your doings actually have impact on the gameplay.
New Vegas is actually hard (ofc depends on your character and difficulty)

List goes on and on

I picked skyrim just because I am a fan of TES, but Zoni makes great points about new vegas. Skyrim is very easy, and trust me if you make a new game, you WILL go back to the dawnstar chest. Trust me the first ten hours of the game suck when you have already played through. Go with fallout all the way it is something different and challenging.

Skyrim imo has a better story, more quests, bigger map, better graphics and tons of things to do. NV has a good main questline too but the game was kinda too short

i hope i dont go back to the dawnstar chest. They never did patch it? in a new xbox patch? i havent updated it in awhile.
but so far i havent been tempted. you know, i think it still would be easy to lvl up smith/enchanting without the dawnstar chest.
i found a soultrapping 2 handed axe that im using now, usally i buy all the cheapass empty petty/lesser/commmon gems from all the mages in winterhold.
and my smith/enchanting is still goin up sort of fast. well not that fast.

what do you guys think about my build.
heres whistlin nord som bitch.
2 handed - i already did 1 handed before, just wanted to try 2 handed this time.
light armor - run around faster an lighter load
bow - just for fun (and ranged), sneak shots then beat the pis outta them when they get close with my greatsword.
smith/enchanting/alchemy - these are just lvled up slowly with whatever ingredients i find.

i forgot i also have a mage hero i made a couple weeks ago, he's already done mage guild stuff.

but anyways i think i'll play both skyrim/new vegas. next few more days i'll start new vegas.

1) Story. Look, there's a dragon, kill it
2) More quests. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvJtSx0_VlQ
3) Bigger map. Not sure how to compare, Skyrim map is full of empty space anyway.
4) Better graphics. There was a year between the two games. NV graphics aint even bad actually, nor are Skyrims good (imo)
5) Short story. There's multiple ways to complete the story, one way can take an hour, the other way takes tens of hours.
6) Tons of things to do. Dont all open world RPG have?

New vegas

I feel so unconnected in the world of skyrim.

Not to mention fallout new vegas doesn't force you to lead every major faction ._.

After completing Fallout 3 I was very disappointed with New Vegas. I did not play much because of so but it seemed like the same thing Fallout 3 was except worse lol.

I'd definitely go with Skyrim I never get bored with the game and if it seems to easy just put the difficulty on the highest level or try a different class/player type. You can also get the DLC for something new since you've played Skyrim and much of it may be repeated game play.
