So far we have:

So the jist of it is we are doing a hardcore classic walk-through. We progress through the acts when we can go as a team, two or three of us, but when no one else is on we do MF runs for the group. Think of it as a solo/team play with shared loot. We divide loot according to each others need and when we aren't playing we lend out our good game loot to someone else for the time being.

Rules:
No maphacks or any hacks.
No botting later on, etc.
No JSP aka buying/selling loot.
Must always play in a private game.
Must play as a team.
Must be good mannered and willing to share loot, gold, gems, shrines, etc. (We're here to have fun not make the coolest, best, most bad ass character.) <---- Though we can do that also!
Don't be a dick/douche. Seriously on this one. We'll kick you out quicker than flies on poop.
Allow looting of another players corpse just in case.

We're still looking for more people! If you interested PM me! We have exchanged phone numbers so we can text each other and see what time people can get on. We plan on taking our time on this walk-through. Over the next few weeks we will be battling the forces of hell, finding amazing loot, and trying not to die!

Because the stash in classic is so flippin' small. We are allowing the use of mules to hold gear.
Example: I found a great bow for Archer but my stash is full. I'll mule it over and when he gets on I can give it to him.

Goals:
Not die.
Reach hell Diablo.
Not die.
Find GG loot.
Not die.
Have a heck-lotta fun!
Not die.
Magic find the crap out of everything!
Not die.

If you do happen to die: Make another character and catch back up! Leveling up really isn't that hard and I would hate to see the group dwindle down to nothing. There really isn't a player limit as people can get on at different times so everyone is welcome! (Yes this kind of sounds like a private trading walk-through with friends but it's more than that!)

Well most of us are in Act 4 now. We'll probably be heading into Nightmare difficulty when we can. I also think we should do magic find runs as a group so the loot rate is much higher.
