Please note, i am not using perfect equipment and i am not lvl 99 yet.

Well there are reasons for that gear.

Razortail = 4x damage
Silkweaves = MAEK to keep your mana pool full, otherwise you will have to pot non-stop
If you want to shell out for +6/40 ias javs for CS go for it.. but the -resis are very nice

I mis-spoke and did not mean to put Cats eye, my apologies..  Highlords or maras do nicely.

I am able to kill baal in 8 player game with 4-5 charged strike hits.

this is just a personal thing, but i like to wear delirium on zons, griffs will add more damage, but with delirium you wont die, who cares about resists, nothing will attack you let alone hit you! at least if you have a bow on switch to strafe with when there are dangerous monsters around, my resists are just positive and about 700 life (since dex build for bowing) and i don't die.

but for pure java you could do something like phoenix on switch to redeem mana if you really hate picking up pots...
